This is what we got as an Independence Day Gift from Paki Hackers. The Defaced website of christ? Yes, it is being discussed all over Christites on Facebook. As a former Christite, I don't appreciate this kind of act but just can hope that every thing gets restored to its old state and the website security gets tightened.
Here are a few things that may help students get a few things done from the current state:
1. Get access to the cached page of christ
a. open google.com
b. type cache:christuniversity.in
NOTE: This might not work after a few hours as google caching gets updated.
2. Check attendance
a. Christ attendance database is not stored and updated on christuniversity.in server.
b. Its stored on christcollegehope.org server
c. The link is http://christcollegehope.org/student_login.html
3. View the registration info on Christ University site which has not yet been changed by the hackers
I even noticed that ibs kochi has also been defaced. Link: http://www.ibskochi.com/
